Registration Fees

Option 1: full conference registration including workshops

Full registration includes one ticket for the opening reception (monday evening), one ticket for the gala dinner (wednesday evening), and access to all workshops and technical sessions.

Option 2: conference-only registration

Conference registration includes one ticket for the opening reception (monday evening), one ticket for the gala dinner (wednesday evening), and access to all conference sessions.

Option 3: workshop-only / demo-only / doctoral consortium only registration

Workshop registration includes access to the workshops on October 28th, and one ticket for the opening reception.

Doctoral consortium registration includes access to the doctoral consortium on October 28th, and one ticket for the opening reception.

Demo-session registration includes access to the conference only on the day of the demonstrations (October 29th).

Additional Gala dinner Ticket

An additional gala dinner ticket can be purchased at the cost of 160 €. This option can be selected in the online registration form.

For paper authors

Each accepted paper must have one of its authors registered to the conference before the camera ready deadline (one paper = one registration). A single registration can count for a maximum of two accepted papers for full registrations, i.e. one conference and one workshop paper for a full week registration (option 1).

In case an author has two accepted conference papers, the second paper could be registrated for a lower price (only for IEEE member or IEEE non member authors).

The conference organizers reserve the right of removing a paper from the proceedings if no author is officially registered by the camera ready deadline (August 16th). Moreover, only papers that have been presented by their authors during the conference will be published in IEEE Proceedings.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Additional Pages

Up to two additional pages can be purchased for papers accepted at the main conference or one of the workshops. The number of additional pages can be specified in the online registration form.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing to the edoc2019@ieeefrance.org. The registration fee will not be refunded to the authors if it is required to cover the publication expenses of accepted papers.

Cancellations received before October 3, 2019 are refundable minus a 72 € processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Additional banquet tickets and additional proceedings will not be refunded after October 3, 2019.
Unused lunch and banquet tickets will be neither refunded nor exchanged with other tickets or services.
